If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns 

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days from the day you receive an item. To be eligible for a return, proof of purchase must be provided. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  

Shipping & Refunds 

Your item must be in its original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. For approval to return an item, email us at hadassahglobalmarketplace@gmail.com  with an explanation of your reason for returning the item. 

The address to return your item will be provided in the email authorizing your return. Once return is processed you will be provided with a store credit in the form of an e-gift card sent to your email.
